I didn't always like makeup and girly stuff....  On the contrary. 

I was more of a tomboy. But my mom wouldn't let it. She'd always make me up as she was doing hers and I'd sit by her sulking. Before I knew it, I was doing it without frowning... ? 

Beauty became a hobby that started paying much more than a casual job.
